Natural botox: Homemade banana mask against wrinkles (including acne or dry skin)

Cleaning and caring for your skin with natural ingredients is extremely simple and beneficial. One of the fruits that have positive effects on the skin is the banana.

Rich in vitamins A, C, B6 and B12, lutein and potassium banana is great for every skin type, whether dry, normal or mixed.
Banana masks can be used to fight acne.

Since banana reduces inflammation and softens the skin, a mask made from this fruit will help with improving the aspect of an acne-affected skin.

To make a banana mask: mix a banana in a blender with a tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of honey.

The lemon juice balances the amount of sebum on the skin, and the honey has antibacterial properties and reduces inflammation, while the banana leaves the skin clean and soft.

The mask should be applied on clean skin, and it should be left to act for 20 minutes or until you feel that the mask is completely dry. To get it off, wash your face with warm water first, then cold water to close the pores.

For visible results use this treatment for at least 2-3 times a week.

You can also use the banana against wrinkles.

The nutrients and antioxidants contained by the banana fight the wrinkles, soften the skin and reduce inflammation.

To prepare a banana facial mask that targets wrinkles you need a quarter of a banana, passed through a blender until it becomes a paste.

Apply it on clean skin and leave it to act for 20 minutes, and then remove it using warm water water.

Banana skin masks are also indicated for people with dry skin, because it soothes and softens the skin.

To make a banana skin mask for dry skin you need a banana, an egg, a spoonful of honey and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. Put the ingredients in a blender and mix until the mixture is homogenous.
