The diet, aimed at people wanting to lose a lot of weight, claims you’ll drop up to 15 pounds if you follow it for three days. The menu consists of three breakfasts, lunches, and “dinners”. The benefit of the Easy Burn Diet is that it’s healthy and meant to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

FIRST DAY

Breakfast:

– Cup of coffee or tea (no sugar)
– 1 slice of toast
– 1 Orange and 1 Lemon

Lunch:

– Can of tuna (in water)
– 1 slice of toast
– Cup of coffee or tea (no sugar)

Dinner:

– 100 – 150g meat of any kind
– 1 handful of green beans
– ½ banana
– 1 apple
– 1 cup frozen yogurt

SECOND DAY

Breakfast:

– Cup of coffee or tea (no sugar)
– 1 hard-boiled egg
– 1 slice of toast
– 1 banana

Lunch:

– 100g cottage cheese or 1 slice cheddar
– 1 hard-boiled egg
– 5 dietary crackers

Dinner:

– 1 hot dog or sausage
– 1 handful of broccoli
– ½ cup carrots
– 1 banana
– ½ cup of ice cream

THIRD DAY

Breakfast:

– Cup of coffee or tea (no sugar)
– 5 saltine crackers
– 1 slice of cheddar cheese
– 1 Orange

Lunch:

– 1 hard-boiled egg
– 1 slice of toast
– Cup of coffee or tea (no sugar)

Dinner:

– 1 can of tuna (in water)
– 1 banana
– 1 cup frozen yogurt

If you want to continue with the diet, rest for 4 days and repeat the cycle. If you want to lose some more weight and get in shape, you should combine the diet with some physical activity. It does not have to be anything drastic, just a walk around the park or climbing stairs will do just fine. But it would be also good if you have some exercise routine like running, jumping rope, swimming or some other physical activity.
